1. General provisions
This policy governs the return and refund process for goods and subscriptions purchased through the Orienteering Future System (OFS).
We comply with EU consumer protection legislation.
2. Return of physical goods (online store)
You have the right to return a physical product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
2.1. Conditions for return:
- The item has not been used and remains in original condition
- Packaging and completeness are intact
- Order confirmation (order number, email) is provided
2.2. Items that cannot be returned:
- Custom-made goods (e.g. clothing with club logo)
- Opened electronics or RFID tags
- Damaged or used products
2.3. Refund and shipping:
- Full item cost is refunded
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
- Refund is made using the original payment method within 14 business days after the item is received
3. Refund for subscriptions
The OFS subscription gives access to digital services: training management, map tools, device connection, analytics, etc.
3.1. Free trial period:
- You receive a 14-day free trial upon registration
- During the trial, you may cancel without charge
3.2. After payment:
According to EU regulations, refund is not possible after subscription activation if:
- You have started using any platform feature (e.g. uploading maps, creating an event)
- You were informed in advance about the non-refundable nature of the service
We consider the subscription activated after your first action within the platform.
4. How to request a return
If you wish to return a product or cancel a subscription, you can do so from your personal account:
- Log in to your account at ofs.run
- Go to the My Orders section
- Select the order and click Request a return
- Specify the reason — order number and date are sufficient

6. Governing law
