1. Delivery regions

We deliver to all EU countries and other international destinations where logistics is available. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us.

2. Delivery methods and carriers

We work with trusted delivery partners including PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, and national postal services. Available delivery options are shown after entering your address at checkout.

3. Shipping cost calculation

  • Calculated automatically based on:
    • Destination address (country, region, ZIP code)
    • Order content (weight, volume, number of packages)
    • Chosen delivery method (standard, express, etc.)
  • Shipping cost is shown before final order confirmation.
  • For complex or international shipments, our manager may contact you to clarify shipping options.

4. Confirmation and tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email. In case of split shipments (e.g. clothing + devices), separate tracking codes may be provided.

5. Delivery times

  • Netherlands: 1–2 working days
  • EU: 2–7 working days
  • Outside EU: 7–21 days (depending on customs and location)

Delivery times are approximate and may vary during high seasons.

6. Packaging

We pack all products with care. Electronics are protected with foam or antistatic material, clothing is sealed in individual packages. We use recyclable materials whenever possible.

7. VAT, customs duties and taxes

Within the EU

All prices include VAT (BTW). You pay the full final amount at checkout — no additional taxes or fees are charged upon delivery.

Outside the EU

  • Orders outside the EU are calculated without VAT.
  • Our manager will contact you to confirm shipping conditions and final pricing before payment.
  • Delivery starts only after your confirmation.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply in your country.
  • These charges are paid by the recipient and are not included in the checkout price.
  • We do not control or estimate these costs — check with your local customs office if needed.

8. Undeliverable or incorrect addresses

  • If delivery to your address is not possible, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
  • If the address is incorrect and the parcel returns, additional charges may apply for reshipping.
  • You can edit the delivery address before shipment.

This Privacy Policy governs how personal data is collected and processed on the Orienteering Future System (OFS) platform (hereinafter referred to as "OFS", "we", "our service"). We comply with the GDPR and are committed to ensuring data security and transparency.

2. What data we collect

2.1. During registration:

  • Email address
  • Password (stored encrypted)

We do not collect name, IP address or physical address during simple registration.

2.2. When purchasing a subscription or placing an order:

  • Full name (if required for delivery)
  • Postal address, country, ZIP code
  • Phone number
  • IP address (for security and reporting)
  • Order and subscription history
  • Payment data (processed via Stripe, not stored by us)

2.3. When using the platform:

  • Telegram user ID (if you use the bot)
  • Link to devices, competitions and trainings
  • GPS coordinates, RFID events and checkpoints
  • Activity logs (e.g. commands, errors, login times)

2.4. When visiting the website:

  • Cookie files
  • IP address (if cookie consent is given)
  • Device type, browser, language
  • Visited pages and activity

  • User registration and login
  • Conducting competitions and trainings
  • Telegram bot and equipment operation (RFID, LoRa, GPS)
  • Order delivery and payment processing
  • User communication (notifications, newsletters — only with consent)

We do not share your data with third parties except for:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. Hetzner, AWS)
  • Payment services (Stripe, Mollie etc.)
  • Delivery services (for shipping equipment)

All partners are required to comply with GDPR.

  • User account — until deleted by user
  • Competition results — up to 5 years
  • Orders and payments — up to 7 years (for accounting)

This policy governs the return and refund process for goods and subscriptions purchased through the Orienteering Future System (OFS). We comply with EU consumer protection legislation.

2. Return of physical goods (online store)

You have the right to return a physical product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

2.1. Conditions for return:

  • The item has not been used and remains in original condition
  • Packaging and completeness are intact
  • Order confirmation (order number, email) is provided

2.2. Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made goods (e.g. clothing with club logo)
  • Opened electronics or RFID tags
  • Damaged or used products

2.3. Refund and shipping:

  • Full item cost is refunded
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
  • Refund is made using the original payment method within 14 business days after the item is received

3. Refund for subscriptions

The OFS subscription gives access to digital services: training management, map tools, device connection, analytics, etc.

3.1. Free trial period:

  • You receive a 14-day free trial upon registration
  • During the trial, you may cancel without charge

3.2. After payment:

According to EU regulations, refund is not possible after subscription activation if:

  • You have started using any platform feature (e.g. uploading maps, creating an event)
  • You were informed in advance about the non-refundable nature of the service

We consider the subscription activated after your first action within the platform.

4. How to request a return

If you wish to return a product or cancel a subscription, you can do so from your personal account:

  1. Log in to your account at ofs.run
  2. Go to the My Orders section
  3. Select the order and click Request a return
  4. Specify the reason — order number and date are sufficient
